a fairly decent stay
entertainment staff amazing entertainment dirty plates dirty cutlery
the entertainment staff was lovely. they provided amazing entertainment for kids. the range of drinks were really good, i liked that. the staff was very nice and any issues were dealt with promptly. i will note the food served through the day was delicious.
the plates were dirty every time we went to eat. we had to check every time. the cutlery was dirty to and the tables are rarely prepared when you go in.

very nice cleanliness friendly staff open sun loungers
the resort had very nice cleanliness. friendly staff were always available and helpful. the food was delicious (i especially loved the asian night with gyoza!). the pool area always had open sun loungers, no matter the time of day.

The buffet restaurant offered diverse options for all tastes, with themed nights adding excitement. Chefs freshly cooked food at the griddle to order. despite the labeling issue, plenty of food was available throughout the day.

the location was very peaceful (perfect for a relaxing holiday). although it was a 15-minute walk to the center, the quiet atmosphere was worth it. i enjoyed the serenity, far from any noise.

the staff were very attentive and quick to address any issues. they provided an upgrade on arrival, a pleasant surprise and enhanced the experience. bar staff always delivered drinks.

relaxing getaway
premium suite adult-only area onsite team free shuttle
i enjoyed the premium suite. the adult-only area was a peaceful escape. the onsite team kept us entertained with a great selection of activities. a free shuttle made trips to the beach easy.
sometimes, waiting for a drink at the bar took a little longer because the staff were so busy.

The staff offered bottled water and extra towels upon request. They responded quickly. the reception staff handled requests efficiently and really. the dining room team worked hard to clean tables quickly. the animation team put lots of effort into entertaining everyone.

the tea and coffee facilities in the room were convenient for a quick refreshment.

The resort features super clean premises. The staff is friendly and helpful, which I found wonderful. I enjoyed the themed restaurant nights in the buffet. The food was AMAZING!!!
The coffee in the room tasted possibly the worst ever, and milk and sugar was not replaced daily.
